Hello! Have you come to hear a tale? Yes?

Well then, make yourself comfortable and I’ll begin… *opens ye olde story book*

…the tale of a young plant girl with a beautiful flower blooming from her head. The Adventures of Babban Ny Mheillea…

Once upon a time, a great comet appeared in the sky. It was in this same age that an adorable mandragora girl arrived from across the vast ocean…

Her name was Babban Ny Mheillea. She was traveling in search of the great plant city Netherstalk, said to lay hidden at the edge of the world. Babban’s dream was to marry the prince who lived in that city and live happily ever after.

She made many friends during her difficult journey;

The large, yet gentle Abenzio.

The elegant and fussy Lady Bryher.

The bright and cheerful Camlin.

And lastly, the aged and wise Darach, who claimed to have first sprouted in the very city Babban sought to find!

Unfortunately, Netherstalk was only a distant memory to Darach.

He had wandered outside as a tiny sapling and become hopelessly lost–the way back to the fabled city had completely faded from his mind.

These five plant people, joined through chance and happenstance began a long and hazardous journey to find the land of their dreams!

…yet despite the company’s best efforts the adventure ended in failure…

Perhaps Babban and her friends wander still, in search of their hearts’ desire. However the city they look for will never be found.

For the seeds of hope must be planted by the searchers…

…and grown into a paradise of their own making.

<Millionsknives> I think it was written during the war, seems to be based off a true story if you ask me.

<Spankey> Certainly, its a very plausible story.

<MillionsKnives> I have a plan! Are you thinking what I’m thinking?

<Spankey> Yes!

*silence*

<Millionsknives> You’re not thinking anything are you…

<Spankey> ;.;

<Millionsknives> …We could use the Maws to go back in time and rewrite the ending. We’ll go meet Babban Ny Mheillea and show her the way to the fabled city of Netherstalk! CHANGE HISTORY FOR THE BETTER!

<Spankey> I knew that.

And so, theorizing that one could time travel within his own lifetime, Millions Knives stepped into the Cavernous Maw and vanished. He woke to find himself trapped in the past, facing mirror images that were not his own and driven by an unknown force to change history for the better. His only guide on this journey is Spankey, an observer from his own time, who appears in the form of a White Mage that only Knives can see and hear. Now Knives finds himself leaping from life to life, striving to put right what once went wrong, and hoping each time that his next leap will be the leap home.

Its been 45 days, which doesn’t really seem like that long, but in my world its a long time to not play FFXI. I have logged on a few times but then realised there’s nothing to do and logged of again hahah, or logged on and asked someone to do something off the game, to which they say they love the game, then logged off because thats the reason I hate FFXI sometimes.

But there was the update :O new stuffs so I just had to check it ouuuut!

I’m wayyyyy behind on this blog, so there will be quite a few catch up entries lol (i.e I’m on ToAU mission 44 now and I haven’t posted that I’ve got beyond mission 15!). But for now l’ll focus on the last few days

Windy WotG Quests

I finally got that fucking 108 Knot Que. FUCK YOU QUE! The amount of swear words that come to mind over this is unbelievable! SE, killing DC/EM mobs over and over and over and over for a drop isnt fun game content… it wasn’t when you did it with the Gnole Claw and it still isnt with these Yags. No one else I know is going through WotG so I had to freaking solo them! Which wasnt cheep, fast or safe (they’re &*$%ing huddled together! I have to wait ages to pull them!) About 70 Yags later it finally dropped…

But I got 100 exp a kill, so I guess that bit was ok lol

After that mission is a CRAZY fight where I had to kill hundreds of Yagudos @_@ OF I WENT!

Yup, pretty mad. It wasn’t that hard, but, I am awesome . They died very fast and using ice spikes on them made me giggle but my god, they just kept coming! At one point I ran out of mp, luckily had a Yag drink on me that saved my ass (dunno where that came from!). The CS around these missions are very cool, some of the best in the game. SE defo has a way with these war CS.

The story was based of Windy waiting for Sandy reinforcements, which are taking to long to get here. The Sandorians were debating sending none at all as the journey was so treacherous and time consuming. Which makes sense, from Sandy to this fort is a long way!

However,

Did the Sandorians forget troops teleport all over the show in Campaign? Theres a C.A in Southern Sandy who can teleport the entire Sandorian army to the fort in a matter of seconds… then apparently ever soldier is /blm as they all warp away after the fights have finished. So whats the problem?

Anyway…

I love this taru! What attack is that tho? XD The way they added -ga spells into the CS was sweet tho :3 Poor mithras got pwned.

Luckily something happened and the day was somehow saved i guess. Everyone’s favourite Manthra showed up to be all mysterious like. Mithras fought over his sexy twink body.

Little did they know he actually likes cock. Mill cock:

But who doesnt? Wish I’d got a batter pic of that heehee, he was sniffing around Mills crotch. I guess for a Hume, Mithra or Taru that looks ok, but gdi SE we’re not all small D: I want my head to fit into the CS for once ;_;

Thus ended the epic quests so far. I have no idea really what happened in them. But I know we all learnt to get along

Main WotG Missions

The plot here centres around Cute Cait Sith and his mysterious time traveling plans. In this chapter Millions decides to take a break from all this war madness and see some famous dancers dance.

*shrugs*

Funny thing was, FFXIs first gay character was introduced. Hes a dancer of course, hume naturally, has a lithsp like apparently every gay man, but the best thing is… HE HAS SPENS FACE! AND SPENCER IS LEVELING DANCER TO 75! LULZ hes based on Spen.

heehee.

Unlike what I’d expect to see, he isnt chasing after the yaoi boys and keeping them hostage (like Millions is,) instead hes hoarding little girls, which every man in Sandoria wants to get in bed with apparently. o_O SE, you were subtle with the yaoi boys but having characters actually drool over this young girl is just too Japanese for my liking!

She might be the games first cross-breed? Elvaan farther and Hume mother. Anyways, from now on shes called Prishe2.

As the story advanced it came to pass that La Vaule needed defending. Nice work to SE on this zone and plot btw, in the CoP missions they mention the village there was named La Vaule~ so they do know what they’re on about.

The CS that followed were amazing. Never before has there been so much death in Vanadiel! A group of Dark Kindred show up setting everyone’s homes alight. Then the battle starts. First a soldier taking guard on a high watchtower is blasted with a spell and falls to his death. I shit you not, there is an ‘AHHHHHH!’ as he falls! TOTALLY AWESOME MAN! I missed getting a pic of that tho~ So heres a man on fire! o.o

OOOH look at him go. Next a civilian who was fleeing is blasted to hell by a Demon!

This poor guy was strangled. In the next shot theres a ‘CRACK’ and he falls limp! GUTTED LULZ

The elvaan even has my face! My sexy, sexy face. In fact now I look at it the one behind is Daves face~ hee hee who is Rdm 74 now. I’ve tried to get the .dats to use on Mill but for sum reason they’re a lighter purple when I mod the files ; ;

Anyways, thus lead to an epic fight.

And I won.

Tho its ‘remove all you buffs’ buttfuck attack really screwed me over, I came out of that fight with about 12 mp and 100 hp >_>;

So yea, I SAVED THE MOTHERFRAKING DAY!

Windurst [S] is just so good >_<! I’m Bastokian born and bread, but I’m so temped to join the Windurstian war efforts ;_; I feel so ashamed… The Music, look and quests are so much more interesting then Bastoks >_<

I’ve spent a fair amount of time in Windurst [S] doing the quests The climax of the quests is a tense battle at Fort Kanaga-gankoooo where a young Ajido-Marujido is in danger!

Oh noes! What will Mill do?!

Stone III it… Duh…

I like that you can see its little nose peeking through the stone lol. I was kinda worried about this fight as I’d heard the mob has an instant K.O move if used face to face, and if it uses it face to side/back your HP is reduced to 2%. I knew a Rdm/Nin could kill it, but alas my ninja is still under-leveled D: so I trotted down as rdm/whm for lolbar spells, paralyna etc. The fight was actually really easy It used the KO move and I swear it hit me face to face but I didnt get a KO, just down to 2% HP. Stoneskin wins blah blah blah, In the end I decided to sleep-nuke with Stone III. My reward? stay tuned :O

A reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeally cool CS followed! If theres one thing that should stop people complaining about WotG its the excelent CSs~

[Ow. I loved this bit, the arrow hits the Yagudo and he bursts into flames. I was quite shocked o.o]

[This Mage Taru just plain wins, the design is excellent. I'm glad to see the old-school mage look in FFXI, and i think the black cloth over the face is a great way to do it.]

[Ta-daaaaa, my reward for saving my little Taru friend, a 'Star Globe'. Its a replica of something from Heavens Tower, but o.O doesn't look like any Star or Planet I've ever seen. Can anyone explain?]

[So I finnaly finished the last mission of WotG so far Delayed so much because of the ridicules drop rate and price of Gnole Claws.]

So other going ons, hmm *takes a look in the screenshot folder* oh yes, *ahem*

We tried to kill Guivre, notice i say tried ^^: I have no idea how we failed. The mob must have been at 20% when it used some crazy move on Garry and K.O’d him. After that no-one else really jumped in to tank it so we wiped at 5%ish >_< and then a passing party killed it with its remaining 5% D: Ah well, was fun and killed some time.

Spankey randomly came across Bloodtear Baldurf and engaged, and easy fight… if he had some MP lol. I cant remember what we were doing before hand but somehow we were all able to get a tele-holla and save the Mp-less Elvaan The Lumbering Horn was used to make a Purple belt as a Birthday present for Elle~

Summons are the new in thing to do :O in the past 7 days ive killed Garuda Prime four times (lost once ^^;) and Titan Prime once. So I finally have some Avatars! and a nice 20k profit :3

Speaking of the profit from them, seems the Gil sellers have caught onto this. A group of 5 Blms and one Whm are going around farming the 10k profit, they enter and within less then a minute their out again. 6 people making 10k each on six avatars, 360k in all, just cycling that over and over :\ so I’m pretty sure in a few updates time SE will take out that 10k reward. DAMN U GIL SELLERS!

Ding Ninja 26. Finally leveling it to sub on Rdm. I had a really nice trio with Lee and Pedro 25-26. People were seeking but no one was responding so we decided to just stick with three of us. We used our bands and could chain Gobs in the lower tower for 150-160 exp a kill, fast kills too. Not great exp l’ll admit, but not bad either, it was alot of fun too ^^ nin, nin and whm was a sweet set up. Much prefer this over a 6 man set up.

Lots and lots to update but I’ve just been too busy! its nearly 2am so another Picture post today l’ll update on the bi-weekly brenner match and other going-ons soon!

Finally i have Utsusemi: ichi! Thank you Amith for coming along as thief and helping me out! Cant believe we got over 200 necklaces that night, didnt take long at all! So many dead Yagodos… i think we might have ruined the Windy/Yagudo peace

Woot, another tick off my FFXI goals! At the moment I’m a level 9 ninja and rising!
